Plan of care templates

Some clinics have standard plans of care that typically get recommended for patients. In this case, it's faster to just create these templates once and select one of these templates rather than inputting the required fields when creating a plan of care manually.

Creating a plan of care template

To create a template, just click create plan of care template in the sidebar.

Assigning a plan of care template to a patient

To assign a plan of care template, just select it from the dropdown menu when creating the plan of care for that patient.
